    APPLICATION
    For continuous analysis of up to 100% hydrogen ( H2) and low range dew point in process gas streams such as heat treating, hydrogen/ nitrogen atmospheres and H2 cooled generators.

    CALIBRATION

    DESCRIPTION
    The Nova 430DPL analyzer utilizes a temperature-controlled T/ C cell for the detection of H2 in process gas. This cell produces a small millivoltage output which is directly proportional to the H2 detected. This output is then amplified and displayed on a digital readout meter and is also available as a recorder output. The analyzer can be supplied with a pump or pressure
    regulator depending on customer requirement.
    For dew point, the 430DPL has a capacitive ceramic sensor. The output of this sensor is directly proportional to the dew point of the sample gas. After the sample gas has been analyzed for H2 and dew point, both signals are amplified and displayed on digital meters and are provided as voltage or current outputs for recording.

    • 430DPL-N12 - Wall mounted NEMA12 ( IP52) enclosure rating
    • 430DPL-RM - 19" ( 483mm) rack mounted, on sliding rails
    • 430DPL-N7MC: Wall mounted NEMA7 UL/ CSA explosionproof with magnetic calibration, meets Class 1 Div 1 Group
    BCD rating
    • 430DPL-PMN7: Wall mounted NEMA7 sensor housing with panel mounted control cabinet ( two separate enclosures)
