Inner Layer for corrosion resistance, low permeation and higher temp strength - Nylon and Fortron
Outer layer for higher temperature strength and abrasion resistance
Fully Bonded
Applications to 250oF ( 120oC)

Abrasion resistant outer jacket ( polypropylene or nylon, depending on chemical/ temperature environment)

Aramid fiber braid to provide strength

Intermediate layer provides stiffness, crush and kink resistance. Can be polypropylene or nylon, depending on chemical / temperature environment ( bonded to inner liner)

Inner liner is barrier layer ( Nylon for gas, oil, condensate, CO2) ; ( Fortron for H2S and high temperature)

Rated Pressure: up to 3000 psi, 172 bar
Depending on pipe diameter
Rated pressure up to 4500 psi on special request
