Clock Spring is the leading permanent pipeline repair solution. Clock Spring manufactures products that restore defective pipelines to full capacity. The manufactured products include, the Clock Spring, Snap Wrap, Pipe Support , Leak Stop, and Contour. Clock Spring products are an E-glass Polyester Composite Sleeve. These products are found on High Pressure/ Low Pressure Transmission Pipelines, in Refineries, and on Offshore Operations all around the World.

Snap Wrap

Clock Spring® Snap Wrap is an economical repair alternative for pipelines operating at less than 500 psi ( 3.45 MPa) . The Snap Wrap repair is comprised of multiple layers of a composite split-sleeve, the Clock Spring high-strength filler material and the Clock Spring adhesive. Clock Spring Snap Wrap can be used to permanently repair external blunt defects with a depth of less than 90% of the nominal wall thickness.

High Temperature

Clock Springs® High Temperature repair system is an economical alternative for pipelines operating from 170 degrees Fahrenheit ( 77 degrees Celsius) to 248 degrees Fahrenheit ( 120 degrees Celsius) . Clock Spring' s patented design redefines the economics of pipeline repair, ensuring a permanent repair that is safe, economical and effective. The Clock Spring repair is comprised of 8 wraps of composite, the Clock Spring high-strength filler material and the Clock Spring adhesive. Clock Spring High Temperature can be used to permanently repair external blunt metal loss defects.

The Clock Spring pipe repair system is a high-strength corrosion resistant e-glass and resin composite sleeve, a high performance adhesive and a high-strength filler material . The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of 4 inches up to 56 inches. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe to fully restore serviceability.

Clock Spring repairs are fast, economical, safe and easy. Since no cutting or welding is required, there is no risk to the pipeline or the environment, no release of greenhouse gases or waste disposal issues.

Pipe Support

Clock Spring® Pipe Supports provide effective protection at support or hanger locations and can be applied quickly and easily- requiring no special tools or training. The composite sleeve form a wear surface to protect the pipe from wear and corrosion.

Clock Spring Pipe Supports are a high strength corrosion resistant fiberglass and resin composite sleeve, a high performance adhesive and a filler material. The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of .75 inches ( 19 mm) and larger. The full encirclement design of the support provides a wear surface and eliminates the potential for crevice corrosion at the pipe/ support interface.
