With its small size, the GR300 repeater provides the flexibility to be used in fixed sites as well as like a mobile repeater. It was designed to be used with the old series of GM300 mobile radios , but it also can operate with two radios from the new Commercial Series ( CM series) .As the CM radios are smaller than the old GM300 models, the GR300 housing appears to be larger ( The picture shows a GR300 with old GM300 radios) . To install the CM radios into a GR300 housing, longer screws and spacers have to be supplied separately from local sources( not included in the standard package) .

Frequency Bands: VHF and UHF, depend on the frequency ranges of the radios which are included in its component.
