* ) 1 Newpaper press with GOSS Universal 75.
* ) CREO CTP system, Martini binding machine, Heidelberg sanddle binding machine.
QUALITY& QUANTITY:
* ) Our acceptable quantity is from 3K pcs to start.
* ) We can produce perfect binding books up to 60million pieces per year, saddle binding book up to 300million pieces per year.
* ) Our service processing includes blank sample for paper stock/ die cutting approval,
digital sample for color and content checking, quality checking before packing, digital photos of loading before shipment.
DELIVERY:
* ) Digtial sample time is 2-3 days after received your artwork.
* ) Produce time is about 2 weeks for typical binding processing with quantity under 100K pcs.
if hand job binding and package is required, it will take longer time to produce which depends on the detailed projects.
* ) Freight by ocean takes 30-40 days to Europe and 25-35 days to North America.
* ) Freight by Air takes 3-5days to Europe and North Ameirica with UPS/ DHL/ EMS/ TNT.
