* The vehicle driver uses the tag to access the delivery point, normally by opening a gate.
* The delivery of waste is monitored and the volume delivered is registered against the vehicle.
* On completion, the delivery information is sent immediately to a web site so that both the waste site operator and delivering company have an up to the minute picture of all deliveries.
