Product Detail

The DNA-series SpeedVac® vacuum concentrators deliver rapid and efficient concentration and drying of DNA/ RNA samples, nucleic acids, PCR preps and synthetic oligos.

These easy-to-use, quiet integrated systems are designed to accommodate microcentrifuge tubes or shallow-well microplates.

A built-in, oil-free TEFLON® pump produces the vacuum required for rapid drying of samples with clean vacuum and no regular maintenance required.

Four models are available to meet all your small sample volume DNA/ RNA, nucleic acid, PCR prep and synthetic oligo needs.

* DNA110: As of 12/ 31/ 2005 the DNA 110 has been discontinued. Please see the DNA 120 for a comparable product.

* DNA120: Enhanced Performance DNA SpeedVac vacuum concentrator with Low, Medium and High heating ( ambient, ~ 43° C, ~ 65° C) and independent timers for Heat and Run

* DNA120OP: Oligo DNA SpeedVac vacuum concentrator with chemically resistant glass cover and external post trap for drying down synthetic oligos, ammonium hydroxide, nucleic acid and PCR sample preparations

* ISS110: High capacity DNA SpeedVac vacuum concentrator complete with four liter cold trap and oil-free vacuum pump
