    APPLICATIONS

    CALIBRATION

    DESCRIPTION
    The Nova 252 Series Continuous Dew Point Analyzers have been designed primarily for accurate dew point
    analysis of exothermic or endothermic heat treating atmospheres. The dielectric ceramic sensor provides stable and accurate measurements and is not affected by most gas compositions, oil vapors, or particulates in the sample. A special built-in absorption filter removes oily vapors when sampling furnace gases.
    A built in sample pump draws in samples that are of insufficient pressure from the process. The sample flow is shown on a small rotameter with valve. The analyzer then reads the dew point continuously and displays it on a bright LED or backlit LCD.
    Calibration is easy to do in the field with the optional callibration kit. Also, the dew point sensor is field replaceable, making it unecessary to return the analyzer for factory service if the sensor becomes contaminated.
