FEATURES ⢠Low range of -148° to + 68° F ( or -100° to 20° C) Dew Point ⢠Rugged design that is easy to operate ⢠Fast warm-up and response ⢠Use on any industrial gases or air ⢠Long-life ceramic dielectric sensor ⢠Can be calibrated in the field ⢠Bright LED digital readout ⢠Built in sample pump, filter, and flow meter ⢠No external adjustments to make ⢠Rugged bench top enclosure OPTIONS ⢠Recorder outputs of 0-1V or 4-20mA ⢠Rugged " K" style weathertight suitcase enclosure ⢠High or low dew point alarm with LED on panel CALIBRATION ⢠On analyzed dry nitrogen ( N2) for zero ⢠On known, current ambient air dew point for span ⢠Alternatively, it can be returned to Nova for a certified calibration DESCRIPTION The Nova 203 Series Portable Dew Point Analyzers have been designed primarily for accurate dew point measurement of endothermic and nitrogen/ hydrogen heat treating atmospheres, instrument air, and in many other applications. This is a Low Range analyzer in that it is well-suited for dew point measurements that are typically below the readable range of typical dewpoint equipment, such as the Nova 202 Series. The dielectric ceramic sensor provides stable and accurate dew point measurements and is not affected by most gas compositions, oil vapors, or particulates in the sample. A built in sample pump draws in samples that are of insufficient pressure from the process. The sample flow is shown on a small rotameter with valve. The sampling pump can be switched off when sampling gases under pressure. The analyzer then reads the dew point continuously and displays it on a bright digital display. The analyzer can also produce an optional 4-20 mA output for data recording.
