It has been designed using the state of the art technology. The instruments are professionally manufactured to a very high specification, with excellent quality Control. This ensures high performance characteristics, flexibility and user Friendliness. The SpectroScan 80D and SpectroScan 80DV have a wavelength range of 190 to 1100nm. They have double-beam optics with a scanning capability. They are equipped with an automatic 8-cell changer for serial analysis. The only difference between the SpectroScan 80D and SpectroScan 80DV is the bandwidth which is fixed at 2 nm in the 80 D version while it is variable in 4 steps in the 80DV instrument.
