I. Product introduction
tunnel washing machine use the advanced technical of Italy, not only save the power but also reduce the noise and guarantee the effect of drying. Channel washing machine can be used for the large amount of car washings in car washing center, gas station and auto maintenance center. Used for car, jeep and microbus ( height blow 2.2m) washing. With the functions of automatic inspection, spraying, washing, waxing, drying, and chassis washing etc.

III. Equipment configuration
1 Car conveyor
Transports the vehicle evenly through the car washer tunnel at the speed of 5-6m/ min.
2 Two sets of small vertical side brushes( 4pcs) : They are mainly used to clean the wheels and parts below mid-line, wash the vehicle according to its shape and width.
3 One set of horizontal ceiling brushes: They are mainly used to clean the front, rear & top parts of vehicle according to the vehicle’ s height and shape.
4 One set of moveable big vertical side brushes( 2pcs) : They are mainly used to clean the two sides and rear parts of vehicle, wash the vehicle according to its width, it can wash the rear parts completely.
5 One set of big side brushes ( 2pcs) : They are mainly used to wash the two sides of vehicle and front& rear parts, adjustable at the car side.
6 One set of horizontal dryer system( 2 fans) : It is mainly used to dry the top of vehicle. The dryer with vertical movement adjusted at the car roof.
7 One set of side dryer system( 2 fans) : It is mainly used to dry the side of vehicle.
8 One set of wheel guide rail: It can guide the car wheels to right direction.
9 One set of water spray system: It is composed of one high-pressure pump and several valves. The system will control the spraying and water volume automatically.
10 One set of shampoo system: It sprays shampoo to the surface of vehicle.
11 One set of waxing system: It can be used according to different requirements.
12 One set of chassis washing system: It is mainly used to wash the chassis with different high pressure.
13 One set of enclosure booth.
14 One set of water recycling system( optional) .

IV Work process
The car conveyor will start work once receive the instructions from computer control center, the other system will get into ready situation. When the vehicle entered, it will be conveyed to the car washing room automatically, the computer identify system will complete all the parts’ washing ( including water spraying, shampoo, waxing) and drying. The cars can be washed and dryed one by one quickly.
