Metallurgical Microscope of checks the Metallurgical Properties OF Steel like Inclusion Rating, Microstructure, Decarburisation Depth and Grain Size. Magnaflux tester to test the Surface and Sub surface cracks on the steel. Rockwell Hardness tester to test the hardness OF steel. All Calibrating of instrument likes slip gauge, Sine bar, pitch micrometer, Varniers Calliper, micrometer, Bore gauge, Height gauge, radius gauge and Thread gauge etc. to control quality. Manufacturing Procedures: With A view to acquire A CLOSE insight into the needs OF its customers utilises the latest technology and the finest OF Machinery & equipment to fulfil the customers aspiration. Forging- horizontal Upset - Forging Presses - drop Forging of hammer - Mechanical press - Table of Shot Blasting Machining: CNC Turning Machines & - CNC Machining Centre - Grinding - triplet - Gear Hobbing - Shaving - copy Turning - Broaching Heat Treatment: - Hardening - tempering - Annealing - gas Carbonizing & - Normalizing Furnaces Induction Hardening: - MF induction - Hardening Machines. Automate as required by the vendor. Broaching done by Bore finished Broaches & Side relived Broaches. Teeth Cutting and Shaving with gear Shaper Special Cutters with Semi-Topping. Hardening & tempering by gas Carbonising & Salt Bath, with Hardness. Tabletop Short blasting for optimal finishes.
