The EkoMix Laboratory High Shear Mixer

The Ekomix HSM 2403 is specially designed for cost effective mixing applications in the laboratory and comes with a dissolver stirrer as standard. The unit has optional, quickly and easily interchangeable tools for mixing, dispersing and milling applications.

The Main Advantages are:

The Industrial Multimix High Shear Mixers

The industrial size High Shear Mixers are specially designed for all emulsifying and dispersion applications in a wide range of industries such as creams, waxes, polishing agents, dispersing of dyes, polymer emulsions and many more. All units are interchangeable with disperser and paddle mixers. Possible volume for batch operations are from 100 to 5000 liters.

The Inline Laboratory and Pilot Plant

The inline High Shear Mixer HSM 402 is mainly designed to disperse solid gum powders such as CMC, Carpobol and Carbomel as well as in oil/ water emulsions. The machine can be delivered with a mobile stainless steel trolley which makes it very mobile and a stainless steel hopper and SMS fittings.

The Vacuum Ribbon Blender

The Vacuum Ribbon Blender RB series is specially designed for the transfer of powders to the main mixing chamber as compared to the conventional method of pouring the powder from the top of the cover into the vessel which creates much of contamination due to the dusty environment in such processes. The RB series eliminates the dust problem during the mixing process.
