Dear Sirs,

We the net seller of Bonny light crude oil, Nigerian origin based in England and United States. We therefore wish to offer our product to you on below procedure, terms and condition. If our offer is in line with what you are looking for, select the options most suitable to your organization and we will prepare the Sale Purchase Agreement based on the chosen option. If you prefer, we can sign the SPA in London with our Chairman on a round the table format.

Please choose the option buyer want, provide buyers name and address in order to enable us prepare SPA for seller and buyer endorsement.

We confirm that we can supply Bonny Light crude oil- FOB
2 million bbls ( + / -5% ) per month for 12 Calendar Months as follows under options 1 or 2

OPTION ( 1)

That if buyer shall place " l/ c" for the cargo after confirmation of the information on the programme
of loading on the buyers nominated vessel through World Oil Record Network ( with screen code) the
following terms and conditions shall apply.
( a) Seller shall pay the cost of the Programme of Loading of the NNPC on the buyers nominated vessel.
( b) Seller shall pay the cost of the manifest on the World Oil Record Network ( with Screen code)
the programme of loading of the NNPC on the buyers nominated vessel.
( c) Seller shall pay the loading and clearance charges of the vessel including loading port levies, port
duties and taxes of the cargo etc.

Product: NBLCO
Quantity: Two ( 2) Separate allocations. One is 2 million bbls per month, 12 months & another is 1 million bbls per month, 12 months.
Delivery: FOB as per NNPC and Incorterms 2000 ( Delivery can commence ASAP or at buyers preferred date)
Discount: Non Negotiable Net discount to buyer

PROCEDURE ON OPTION ( 1 ) ABOVE:

1. Buyer and Seller sign Sale Purchase Agreement. Seller shall produce Initial Proof of Product ( POP)

2. Buyer returns signed SPA along with details of nominated vessel ( pre-charter) .

3. Seller Programme buyers nominated vessel for loading ( Buyer can verify with vessel owner and NNPC loading terminal) . Upon verification, buyer places full charter on the nominated vessel. NNPC Programme for loading is done within 3 days and buyer shall have all the documents
from NNPC for his verification.

4. Seller manifest on the world oil record network ( with screen code) the programme of
loading of the NNPC on the buyers nominated vessel within 10 days

5. Buyer places his Documentary Letter of Credit ( DLC) within 3 days after verification.

6. The information on the loading programme and manifest with world oil record network
with screen code shall contain loading date, laycan, etc. World oil record network include
Shell/ NNPC, Chevron, Exxon Mobile etc ( major oil companies of the world)

Buyers vessel is loaded as per the date on the loading date.
