Delivery schedule: Seller shall deliver the commodity on CIF basis. Seller to specify completion of total quantity and first shipment from date of confirmed lc in sellers account.

Pb guarantee 2% performance bond to be issued after buyer has issued a non operative letter of credit.
POP given bank to bank upon signed final contract for confirmation.
