Almursheed company We are your "Full Service Source" of products to our investors worldwide., would be delighted to arrangements meeting with LIBYA NATIONAL OIL CORPORATION for your company to enter mutual discussions and for long term contractual to source & supply different kinds of Petroleum Crude Oil. Prior we apply to any Crude Oil purchase request we should clarify few facts which is common and well known to professional petroleum end users:
1- Crude Oil is not tradable commodity. That means buyer should be end user “Refinery only� or Petroleum Company with process agreement with well-known refinery.
2- Crude Oil allocation is un-assignable contract, which means the allocation holder is the only beneficiary whom should be the end user.
3- There is no what called Secondary Contract for crude oil commodity. All allocation are treated as primary contract, which means the allocation holder will not be allowed to resell partial or whole crude quantity which is allocated in his favor as beneficiary.
4- Refinery or Petroleum Company whom is requesting crude oil, have to present hereunder documents in order to be allocated for such monthly or spot quantity:
A) Refinery Profile.
B) Refinery production capacity.
C) The storage available at refinery.
D) Three years financial statement.
E) Mandate Letter issued in favor of BPO.
5- For petroleum Company, it is required copy of processing agreement with refinery that is to be presented in additional to above documents.
6- All above documents are to be original & dully legalized by Chamber of Commerce, and the country’s embassy of the Crude Oil producer.
At the receiving of above documents BPO will start process with producer and inform buyer step by step about the progress in regards to obtain crude oil allocation in favor of the applicants.
BPO regret of not being able to supply any offer, or to reply to buyer inquiry for Crude Oil supplementary unless the above documents are presented and dully verified prior we present them crude producer.
