There's property on the frontage of Albany Highway, (one of the bussiest industrial estate in Western Australia) is a 2000 M2 property and it has market value AUD 850,000 (this can be verified through independent valuer). We have make offer AUD 700,000 for the property and they giving us for that price. Our proposals is joint venture in purchasing this property 50% each, so total investment AUD 350,000. As we will be using this property to built the transportable homes and for the showroom of our products, therefore we will give you 25% of net profits out of the sale we made. This way your investment will be securely safe because your money will be put in purchasing this property. In any future you decided to sell the property, you may so just give us 3 months written notice and split the profit.
As for the transportable homes we have been doing it almost 2 years now, and 100% we source our materials in Australia wide. Now our materials 90% are source from China directly and the prices are 3 to 4 times cheaper, this way we can sell our transportable homes 30% lower or maybe more from the market price. We will not just selling the transportable homes, we will also sell the materials as wholeseller to Transportable Homes Builder, becuse most our China factory/ supplier is giving us exclusivity distributorship for Australia Wide. The material that we importing from China, are; Polyurethane and Polysetharane Sandwich/ Roof Panel, PVC Window and Door, Internal Foam Door, Vynil Flooring, Kitchen cabinet, office furniture, shower enclosure, spa/whirlpool etc. This goods are from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Anshan which we have source directly to the factory. It was big suprise for us that the price are 4 times cheaper of what we normaly buy in Australia.
