Labour Force : 30 skilled employees are working in our unit, about 25 are working daily, and 50 bags are produced perfectly daily, so with 26 day, the production for one month is 1300 bags, this includes various designs.About 10% more production can be taken.
Time: Delivery time depends upon the ordered in hand, so when we have next order, by next mail we give time for delivery, in the mean time we start collecting raw material for the next order.

Floor covering capacity
About 36 regular skilled weavers are with us.This is cottage industry spread in nearby villages.We give them raw material and they weave in their cottages on their handlooms.We visit them daily to inspect production ( Quantity & Quality) When the production is complete they bring it back to us.Finishing is done in our factory by our skilled persons, after that we pack the production accordingly.Our daily production is
36 Sq.Mt & in a month the production is 1080 Sq. Mts.This production can be more
about 10% from Feb to July every year.Production is less when rains are there, but we can plan if we get order in Jan or Feb, to make this loss.

BRASS WARES AND ORNAMENTS:

Ornaments, soveniours, vases, decorative items, mirror frames, candle stands, tea sets, lamps, oriental hookas, etc are moulded in green sand for better contours and
artistic shapes. Their alloy quality and composition makes it acceptable, with our technical experience and expertise, to the entire European customers ; for its aesthetics and durability.
