Quadrafoam air filters used in high dust holding capacity and low resistance installations, are suited to a broad range of fields, such as electron, computers, telecommunications£¬data and medical equipment, which needs stable and cleanable air filters. They are also of fire resistance and comply with UL 94 HF-1 self-extinguishing flame safety standards, whose size can be adjusted flexibly according to the equipment.
Quadrafoam is available in various pores per inch (PPI) ranging from 25 through 60 PPI and different colors(black¡¢gray¡¢green¡¢yellow).
Roll formed into a strong sturdy performance, using 6063-T5 series aluminum. It can be customized different thickness of aluminum according to customer needs.
Expanded on our specially designed Uni-Grid equipment, using 1mm thick aluminum. Support net expanded aluminum is approximately 88% open to maximize air flow.
