Weaving:
" We have installed Sulzer, Auto & Power looms to weave the cloth from narrow to wider widths. We have also complete set
up to weave special type of cloth like twill, drill, sateen as well as dobby & jacquards.
Printing
" Three printing rotaries of stork up to 12 colors with three repeats(640 mm, 820 mm & 914 mm) with full back up.
" We have recently buy brand New Ragiani machine of 15 colors & also buy complete plain of SHERIDAN AUSTRALIA
which is only one of the best printing unit in Australia. This is the division of CS BROOKS CANADA INC. & Limited Liability
Company incorporate in USA. We have started production.
" We have also2 Flat Bed (Panel Printing) machines.
Engraving & Designing
We have computerized unique set up for designs making with Cad Cam, Pixel Art , CST system for making the screens in 10
to 15 minutes..
Bleaching & Dyeing
" We have continuous Bleaching & Dyeing plants with full back up (Singing/Desizing, Sanforizing and Mercerizing machines.
Stitching
" We have about 100 machines for stitching all kind of made ups & we can ship one 40 FCL container daily.
